1. Nature of the Service "Come Talk to Grandma" provides spiritual guidance, family advocacy, and one-on-one conversations about life, transitions, and personal goals. These sessions are intended for personal growth and support.

2. Spiritual & Life Guidance Disclaimer I am here as a guide and a "Grandma" figure. By booking a session, you understand that I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or legal advisor. My services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment. If you are in a crisis, please contact professional emergency services immediately.

3. The Love Donation Model I believe in a flow of support. While I provide my time and heart, I accept "Love Donations" in exchange for my services.

• Payments: Donations are made voluntarily through the website.

• Refunds: Because these are spiritual services and donations, all contributions are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality & Safety Your "Heart-to-Heart" is a safe space. Everything discussed is kept private between us. However, I am legally and ethically obligated to report any situation where there is a clear risk of immediate harm to yourself or others.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling Life happens! If you need to move our conversation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so I can open that space for someone else in need.

6. User Conduct This is a sanctuary. I reserve the right to end a session or refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, or acts in bad faith.
